Had an amazing Christmas stay here! the staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered great rates for the rooms, which were comfortable and spacious. the best part was they had Netflix in the room, so we could relax and watch our favorite shows after a long day exploring. the location was also perfect, with stunning views of the mountains. And they had a scooter rental service, so we could easily explore the area at our own pace. a fantastic experience!

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. There was dust everywhere and we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper ourselves.

Had an amazing experience at Vang Vieng Garden Resort. The view was breathtaking and the staff was incredibly nice. Everything was super clean and Miss Spring was the best! The location was not far from the center, so we could enjoy the nightlife and beautiful lagoons. The swimming pool and parking space were a bonus. They also helped with local tours and visa to Vietnam. Highly recommend this place, nothing is difficult for them.

the room was clean and spacious, with a large and well-maintained bathroom. the staff was always friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the hotel had a great view of the surrounding mountains, and we even got to see hot air balloons while relaxing by the pool. Mrs Spring, the manager, was especially kind and attentive, making our stay truly memorable. Cons: Nothing - it was perfect! 😊.

The rooms at Vang Vieng Garden Resort are absolutely amazing! I stayed in a double room with a balcony and it was so cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather and having an electric kettle was super convenient for making tea in the morning. The city view from the patio was breathtaking! I absolutely loved my room and felt right at home.

I personally didn't find the desk in the room very useful, but others might find it handy.

We got an incredible value for our money at Garden Resort - just $16 a night including breakfast! The room was nice and we loved the brand new scooter we rented. The hotel's location, slightly away from the town center, was actually peaceful and enjoyable. The staff, especially Mrs. Spring, went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, making our stay truly amazing.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering freshly brewed coffee instead of instant coffee sachets.

The hotel's location, although a bit outside of town, was peaceful and quiet, providing a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff also took great care of our bicycles, keeping them safe for us during our stay. The laundry service was excellent and fast, which was a huge help for us as touring cyclists. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
